SIL youth is in need of new clothes as she has grown out of most of her clothes.

Child is currently living with biological father after being removed from their mother. child (female) is currently sharing a bed with the father and is in need of her own bed and bedding set.

The children are currently residing with their aunt. The children were given to the aunt by the mother due to her being homeless and living in her car. The children are in need of clothing, shoes and hygiene products. The mother is in need of a gas card in order to help her get around to get a job and get on her feet in order to get her children back. The aunt is unable to financially afford to buy the children more clothing.

Clothing sizes for both male children: Size 13 shoes 3x shirts and undergarments Size 3x pants and sweats 10.5 shoes 32 length/ 28 waist pants shirts small/medium

The household consists of 33 YO mom and 2 YO daughter. Mom is a single mother and has her own residence. Father does not support. The 2 YO got out of the residence and was found by law enforcement. She was found safely, and no charges were pursued as it appeared to be an accident. The mom is in need of security measures for her new apartment as well as safe sleeping arrangements, since her and her daughter are sleeping on an air mattress. The department is requesting mom has assistance with a RING doorbell and chimes/locks for the door. Mom is not financially able to meet these needs herself.

Two year old child placed with Aunt and uncle needs a toddler bed.

A single mother of 3 children is in need of 3 toddler beds, 3 toddler mattresses, 3 pillows and bedding for all 3 toddler beds. The children are 3 boys ages 3, 2, and 1. This single mother is currently not employed but looking for work. She is still struggling to provide her children with safe sleeping arrangements. This single mother would like to help her children feel happy, safe and secure in their home. Giving each child their own bed will provide them with sleeping safety and a comfortable space to each call their own.

A single mother of several children is in serious need of a washer and dryer (does not have to be new). It has been difficult making sure the children have clean clothes for school as transportation and money is also a hardship. She is also needing financial assistance getting birth certificates for two children so they can start school. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Mother of 6 has just recently moved into a apartment and needs beds for her children. Mother needs a toddler beds and a twin size bed. Mother also needs some school workbooks for (1st, 2nd and 3rd grade)

I am currently working with a 27 y/o mother of 2, ages 7 and 9. This mother is also currently 14 weeks pregnant with an unborn child as well. This family was just evicted on Sunday and currently has no where to go, after she and the father of her baby split up. After the separation, this mother was left with no job or income as FOB was the sole provider. This mother has no additional support here as all of her family lives outside of the country. She had enough money after the eviction to get a motel room for a couple of days, but has since been having to live in her car. She has been actively looking for a job, but has not had any leads as of yet. Her children have been able to stay with their paternal grandparents the last few days, but will have to come back on Friday and the family has no where to go at this time. This mother is currently overwhelmed and worried that CPS may get involved if she has no where for her kids to sleep once they return to her on Friday. Thus, we are graciously requesting assistance with getting this family a motel stay for a week to give Mom a little bit more time to navigate this heartbreaking situation, and to keep her family safe and warm while she continues to search for a more permanent living situation for them.

There is a 6 month old placed in a kinship placement and the placement is asking for assistance getting a pac-n-play for when she travels with the child.

This family is in reunification. Mother is working hard to have stable housing. The child in care is in need of a bed.

Single unemployed mother needs assistance, she is expecting in approximately one month and does not have a crib or safe sleep arrangements for the baby.
