Story
This family is looking for help to assist in covering legal fees to help waive previous warrants to ensure they are able to apply for low-income housing. The family is currently living doubled up with another family and are seeking urgent assistance in helping come up with $1,000 to try and cover their legal fees. This would help the mother, clear her past warrants, which would help her ensure she can apply for housing and not have anything preventing her from getting on the list. This family has worked very hard at doing all the tasks necessary to ensure they can reunify. The family is on steady progress to have overnight visitation, if they can obtain housing that is safe and appropriate for the baby. Therefore, the couple is urgently needing help in supplying $1,000 for their legal fees to be able to dissolve all warrants attached to their names, allowing them to apply for housing. We appreciate all your help in this matter, & thank you from Jackson County Children's Division!
