A grandmother and grandfather who care for their grandson are going to lose their housing tomorrow if rent is not paid. The grandfather works hard but has recently had car troubles which has led to lost work hours and money going in to his vehicle. This family is desperate to stay in their home and remain in safe housing. They are still in need of $1,000. If anyone is able to help in any way, this would allow them to stay safe and warm. A family has six children who have outgrown their beds. The the children have had their beds for several years. not only have they outgrown them but they are worn down and broken. The family is asking for new beds, so that the children can sleep comfortably and properly. Having new beds will ensure the children get a goods night rest, sleep well and be prepared for school.

A mother and her son both have doctors appointments on Monday and getting around for them is difficult without stable transportation. This family has been able to secure a ride but is in need of help with gas money. The appointments are 30 minutes away, making it very difficult to not only find a ride but also get gas. I am requesting $30 to help this family get to much needed drs appointments on Monday 2/17. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thank you for considering!

This mom can't seem to catch a break between getting her hours cut at work and having to make an emergency fix with her vehicle she is a little short on this month's rent payment due this Thursday! An eviction notice is not ideal for anyone but especially this single mom of 3 young girls and she is nervous that if she can't make the payment she will be facing eviction.

This single mom just recently moved into a new place for the first time on her own and is in need of some things to help her and her two kids settle into their new home! She is asking for a vacuum, towels/washcloths, twin bedsheets and king bedsheets! She is fine with accepting the physical items or a gift card, thank you! This will help this young family so much as they learn to navigate things on their own!

Items like bath towels are often last on the priority list of items needed but this family has been using ratty old towels for a long time and are in need of an upgrade - no one wants to use a towel with holes in them! I am requesting a Walmart gift card for this family to be able to go shop for new towels. It will not only improve this family's hygiene but will also provide a sense of normalcy in getting to shop for brand new items as a family!

A single mother of threet lost her housingand the family has been living from place to place, currenty in a hotel. As I help look for open shelters, the family is in need of help getting their laundry washed. I am requesting $50 for a gift card to "The Spot" to help with laundry. It can be so discouraging to feel like you are making progress but continuing to have obstacle after obstacle. This family is working to find a permanent home, but they have faced many hurdles. Mom just got a new job and is excited to be able to contribute to the family income. Mom is requesting a gas card to help with transportation until she receives her first check. Helping with this need will allow the family to have a little bit of breathing room during this transition.

Moving is hard enough. Not having access to the appliances that you had before, makes it even worse. This family is in need of an electric stove for their new home. Mom does not currently have a way to make meals for the family and that is causing added expenses. If you have a working stove that you are not using, please consider helping this family in need.

This working family is very fortunate to own their house but due to some recent setbacks, job changes and unexpected costs that came from a death in the family, they have found themselves behind on their mortgage payment. They are not asking for the amount to be paid in full but are requesting help in getting the number down to something they can manage. There are 5 young kids in the house and if they were to lose their home it would cause a lot of chaos in their lives. This family would also benefit from some relational support and guidance - please consider helping this young family, anything helps!

The mom and dad are new parents. They have one infant in the home, and are adjusting to being new parents, at this time they are living on one income as they adjust to having an infant in the home. They do however make just over the income amount to qualify for WIC. They have needed to go to the food bank a few times over the last few weeks to receive some help to make ends meet. They are now engaged with help me grow and are utilizing their services but could use some extra assistance until mom goes back to work. They are requesting some help with formula for baby as moms milk supply is not coming in as expected and they are having to supplement. Remaining in stable housing is cricitical, especialy when you have worked hard to secure a nice home for your family. This mother and father (with three children) both have mulitple jobs, some of which require them to use their vehicle while working. They have mutliple jobs because at the moment that is the most sure way to pay all of their bills. Recently, the father was involved in an accident, which has led to repair costs to his vehicle along with bills towards insurance. The father just got his car back and is back to working hard, but this has really put them behind for upcoming bills. The family is asking for some help towards rent for February so that they can continue to maintain stable housing. This family has gotten all but $300 toards their rent, so I am asking for you to consider helping this family with that amount towards rent so that they do not get evicted.
