The family is facing a lot of complex medical issues and financial difficulties due to two of the children (ages 11yrs and 8 yrs) having medical conditions that need constant care and require specialty diets. Parents need help with cleaning supplies, food support (gift cards), household items, and hygiene items. The support provided will offer relief so parents can focus on working with medical and service providers and securing employment.

Single mother of 5 children. They fled a domestic violence situation and had to start new. The mother left all of her belongings. She was able to purchase mattresses for her 5 children, but mom sleeps on the floor. Additionally, they are renting their home and have to take care of the lawn and are unable to do so.

We are reaching out to ask for help for a single mother who lives in the community and is facing many obstacles raising her child alone. The home they live in’s furnace is not functioning properly and she needs to get it serviced as her daughter is at risk of going into foster care if this is not functional. This would greatly improve their situation.

Grandma is the legal guardian of her three grandchildren. The family would benefit from having bicycles for each child, helmets for safety, locks to prevent theft and a carry cot to bring groceries home in.

Locks with a key would be preferred rather than a number.

Family has been struggling for many years. Dad has been raising his 4 year old daughter by himself since the childs mother left when she was a baby. Dad gets disability but it is just enough to cover his rent. Dad doesn't drive and walks everywhere. Dad has been scared to take the bus as he says there is a lot of drug use on the transportation system. This young dad has lost both parents and doesnt have a relationship with his siblings. He has little to no support is raising her. Due to limited financial and transportation his needs are great. The family is extremely grateful for any help.

Maternal grandmother got custody of her 6 grandchildren through family court in 2023.

They lost their house in a house fire in 2024 and were moved to a shelter home through Family Promise. They were able to find housing and are able to move this month (June 2025).

Looking for 6 single beds OR 3 bunk beds with mattresses. Looking for 6 small dressers OR 3 large dressers.

I looked on Amazon to compare prices and found way cheaper options vs. the estimated value given.

Grandmother, age 50, women's size xl tops, large leggings/pants, underwear and bras. Girl, age 16, clothing size girls medium shirts and large leggings/ jeans, underwear and bras. Boy, age 13, clothing size boys xl shirts and large shorts/pants. Boy, age 10, clothing size boys large shirts, large shorts/pants.

All of their clothing is destroyed by the sewage flood that occurred in their basement. They would benefit from getting kitchen supplies, dishes, pots and pans, cleaning supplies, towels, hygiene essentials, groceries.

This mother (43) lives with her two daughters (2 & 8 years old) and is requesting support due to several factors. This mother is currently pregnant and is navigating her health throughout this pregnancy. In addition to that her 2-year-old daughter has significant special needs, and this mother is navigating ensuring that her daughter is attending all of her medical and therapy appointments. Her supports are limited, as her entire family resides in another country. This mother does not drive and works as a fulltime PCA for her 2-year-old daughter. This mother would like to work towards ensuring that her 2-year-old daughter has the necessary supports in place and that she is attending her necessary appointments related to her pregnancy. Additionally, this mother is working towards connecting with community supports to assist her and her children in being able to meet their basic needs moving forward.

Mom's due date is next month and we have been made aware of some additional needs to support baby's arrival. The added diapers and wipes are for size 1 & 2 diapers and additional wipes. The various baby supplies item is for a bassinet to provide a safe sleeping space for a newborn. Thank you!

We are requesting support of a family that we've known for years and has been a pillar in the community. Specifically they need repairs completed on three windows that are currently unsealed and leaking water into the home, and probably collecting mold. The youngest child is an infant and has already had health concerns, and the next child has severe asthma that flares up regularly. They've tried different ways to seal the windows and have only been able to come up with a temporary solution. We think the windows getting repaired will greatly improve the health and well-being of the family, and reduce their stress knowing their kids aren't being affected by the moisture coming in the home.

Four children are in the process of reunifying with thier mother. We were able to obtain beds for them, but they are in need of the following bedding items:
*3 waterproof twin mattress cover *1 queen waterproof mattress cover *three twin sheet/conforter sets ( 10 yo boy, 9 yo boy and 7 yo girl) *one queen sheet/comforter set (13 yo boy).
*four pillows This will allow the children to have a safe and comfortable sleeping environment.

Mom has relocated to provide a safe environment for the kids away from their father who has created a history of domestic violence. Mom is strong and firm about keeping the kids safe but dad continues to violate a no contact order. The kids range in age from 13-2. Mom is intent on seeking positive mentors for the kids to keep up with their academics and activities. She drives them back and forth 20 miles one way so that they can remain in their same schools and daycare until the end of the school year. Mom had to get them out of the home quickly, so she does not have any furniture or household goods. There is a Bridging appointment for the beginning of July, but mom could use help with some basics to make sure the kids finish out the school year.
