A cousin is placement for her 5 cousins, ages 4 months to 10 years old. She is requesting 2 tablets for the children, such as the fire tablet for children.

Mom is divorced and has 5 children ranging in age from 2yr to 16yr. Mom works several jobs and is providing for her family but lacks sitting furniture and televisions, has beds for the kids, but due to the divorce and keeping up on bills has no spendable income for some of the home basics that would make life a bit more comfortable for and the children. FCM would like to see if some of the basics could be provided and make their lives a bit easier.

Young first time mother on WIC however her appointment is not until March. Mother is in need of lactose free formula, diapers and wipes for her 1 month old daughter.

Two children were just reunified with their mother and the case is expected to close soon. One of the children is a 1 year old- almost 2 year old who cannot seem to stop growing! DCS and mother are requesting a toddler bed for the almost 2-year old to have his own space to sleep while he is still little.

Mother and father are family of 5 living in a 2 bedroom apartment. Family has had some finical issues. the children are currently having two share a bed.

DCS has been working with this family since September of 2024. The children, ages 3 and 4, reside in home with their mother and great-grandmother. The family is able to provide all necessary resources for the children, including food, clothing, transportation to school and daycare, etc. The only need of this family is a toddler size bed for the 4 year old. She does not need sheets or other bedding. Her previous bed broke and the family does not have the funds at this time to get a bed for her at this time as the family is in between jobs and juggling other expenses.

The family consists of a Mother, an 11-year-old and, and a 13-year-old. Mother was recently let go from her job. Mother is currently working part time at a new job and is hoping to get more hours. Mother has fallen behind on her rent and utility bills for the month of February. Mother currently owes $995 for rent and $90 for water and sewage. After paying all of her other bills Mother thinks she will only have $150 left to put towards rent. Mother has applied for government assistance and is waiting to hear back. Mother would appreciate any help so they do not become at risk for eviction.

Mother and Father are going through a divorce. Mother has moved out of the home and gotten an apartment of her own. Mother is hoping to get visitation of her 11-year-old and 15-year-old through the court. Mother has bought a full size mattress and a twin size mattress for her and the children, however Mother does not have bed frames for the beds. Mother is currently seeking employment but it is unsure when she will have the finances to get the bed frames while also maintaining her payments for rent.

This is a single income family household that could benefit from assistance with material items for the children. Three of the boys all share a bed but the family would like a bunk bed to help give them their own space. The mattress they currently have is old. The children could utilize new pillows, comforters, and sheets. Their is a faint urine smell in the home and getting the family new bedding/mattresses should help with the smell. Furthermore, the family would like to use a carpet cleaner to help get rid of some of the odor that is trapped in the carpets (this need is listed under "cleaning supplies"). Parents stated the house smelled when they moved in as well. Their youngest is a baby boy who is 3 months old. Mother and Father would benefit from extra diapers, unscented wipes, and size 3-6 and 6-9 clothes for him (this need is listed under "various baby supplies"). This will help them financially. All four children are boys (6yo, 4yo, 3yo, and 3mo). Thank you!

The family is getting closer to reunifying. The mother recently moved into her own apartment, and is in need of two twin beds, including bedding for the two older girls.

The family consists of a mother and two children 11-13 years old. The family has fled a domestic violence situation. The mother was able to get two jobs to save up for an apartment. With the children growing Mother had to get new wardrobes for the children. The eldest daughter has also outgrown her twin bed. The mother believes that while paying rent, utilities, and other necessities that it will be a while until she can afford a new bed. The family would appreciate any help ensuring stability in their new home.

Biological family in desperate need of assistance with paying insurance copay for teenage daughter to receive residential treatment. A residential treatment center has already been located and secured but without assistance they may lose placement. Family is loving, caring and willing to do anything to provide a safe home for their children as they have three other young children in the home but the teenage daughter is requiring additional treatment that they will not be able to provide without $8000 copay being covered. DCS is requesting any assistance available to assist this family. Currently there has been $2500 donated by the community and $2000 committed by a community organization. DCS is working to try to find additional funding to cover the cost and allow this child to get the assistance they need. The residential treatment center is scheduled to pick the child up at 10:30am on 1/7/2025. Any help is appreciated.
