A child has been bounced back and forth between his mom’s house and grandmother's house and due to all of that he has fallen behind in school. He could benefit greatly from a computer or laptop to help him be able to do his summer schoolwork as he is not able to go to the school and the family does not have transportation. This child wants to do better but needs help to do it.

The Reunification Team is working with a single mother. The mother has an 11-month-old son who is very close to being reunified. The mother was working two jobs which took up the majority of her time. The mother is doing her very best to make her house a home, so that she and her son can feel safe and to also make sure they have a place that offers stability. The mother is commuting a great distance to work every day, so a lot of her money is being put towards gas. The mother is requesting the following items.

1. Sleeper sofa
2. Dining Table with four chairs
3. Microwave

The items listed above would truly benefit the mother and son, as well as her daughter who visits. Having a sleeper sofa would allow the mother to have her daughters to come stay the night, it would also give ample space for her and her children to spend time together as a family and create lasting memories. The mother does not have a dining room table as of right now, so she is forced to sit on the floor and eat. Having a designated eating area would promote family bonding and offer a space for the mother and son to enjoy family style dining. The mother also does not have a microwave inside of the home. This makes it very difficult for the mother to reheat food, especially since her stove has not been working properly. The time it takes the mother to try and get the stove working and since it does not get very hot, it has been taking up time the mother could be using to relax after working all day.

The Reunification Team is working with a single mother; the mother has a fifteen-year-old daughter and a nine-year-old son. The mother has been working extremely hard so that she can provide a stable and nurturing environment for her children. The mother was able to secure housing on her own, but she is unfortunately starting from scratch. The family is still staying at their previous residence since there is no furniture at their new residence. The children are doing well in school, and they have their mother's full support. The mother is doing everything in her power to provide for her children but is struggling financially to get them furniture for their new home. The mother is requesting the following items.

1. Full size bed frame, full size mattress, full size sheet set, full size comforter, pillows

3. Washer and Dryer The items listed above would truly benefit not only the mother but the children as well. The children do not have beds of their own and there is no washer and dryer in her residence. The mother is losing a lot of time and spending unnecessary amounts of money getting the family's laundry done. If this family is able to get beds inside of the home, it would allow the family to begin staying at their home full time. With the family being able to stay inside of their home, it would make commuting to and from school and work much easier.

The family is in need of school supplies for the upcoming school year in August, as well as a birthday gift for their son, who will be turning 6. Due to recent financial strain, they are only able to allocate funds toward rent/food at this time for next couple of months. The father recently experienced a change in employment, resulting in the loss of 20 hours overtime each week, which has significantly impacted their budget. If this need is met, they will be able to provide the school supplies for their son and a gift for him without being too far behind on their rent. (School backpack - no wheels).

Family Background & Request Summary: A single mother of three—an adolescent son with disabilities (13) and two daughters (8 and 4)—recently secured stable housing after facing homelessness. Their previous mattresses were discarded due to medical-related soiling, and the children are now sleeping on the floor or sharing a blow-up mattress. The family urgently needs beds and bedding to restore comfort, support health, and provide a sense of stability. I have listed the twin beds and mattresses for the children. The Mom needs a queen mattress and frame for herself however she wants to put the needs of the children first due to the dost of the items and does not want to stress a potential helper. Mom of baby girl is needing her own phone to help be able to communicate with providers she is working with and not relying on using dads phone. Mom has been applying for jobs and is enrolling her baby in daycare and needs access to a phone.

A mother and father of three littles both have lost their jobs and the mother and both are looking for employment, The mother is requesting help getting a laptop to help her apply for jobs and take job trainings. Parents are completely fine with a used one

A courageous single mother has recently fled domestic violence and is now residing in a shelter with her four young children—ages 5, 4, and 2-year-old twins. She is doing everything she can to create a safe, stable life for her children. Alongside the shelter, we are working to support her with employment opportunities, clothing, basic needs, and access to education. While the shelter has been able to provide diapers for the twins over the past two weeks, they are not able to sustain this support long-term. The family is in urgent need of diapers and wipes for the twins, as well as personal hygiene items such as menstrual pads for the mother. Meeting these basic needs will help ease some of the burden on this resilient mother as she works to rebuild a life of safety and hope for her children.

Pre-teen in pre adoptive home needs a dresser. Preferably a 5-drawer dresser. This is a girl. She is placed with a relative, who is very gracious and in need of help.

The Reunification Team has been working with a single mother of five children. The mother fully engages with the RT and has been a pleasure to work with. Shortly after reunification the mother found new housing and is need of a couple of items before an updated home study can be finalized. The mother has bedding for most of the children but is in need of a toddler bed for one of her young children. The mother also needs 2 or 3 smoke detectors. These items will help the case manager be able to complete the home study for the mother. The mother is always appreciative of assistance provided. A single mother of two young children has just moved into a new home, taking a significant step toward stability and a fresh start. While the roof over their heads brings much-needed security, the family is still in need of basic household essentials to truly make the space a home where the children can feel safe, comfortable, and cared for.

The mother is seeking support with items such as a dinette table and four chairs, a couch, pots and pans, a microwave, hangers, a toaster, a coffee maker, and bedding (twin and full-size sheets). These everyday essentials will help create a warm, functional environment where her children can eat meals together, sleep peacefully, and begin to thrive in their new surroundings.
