Hello, I am working with a family who has a baby that was in our NICU for one month. This NICU stay was unexpected and prevented the mother from returning to work as soon as she had hoped to. The infant has complex medical needs that the mother is navigating. This mom has been touched by community violence and is parenting on her own due to losing her husband to gun violence. Please consider helping her pay her gas bill to prevent shut off. It is due to turn off on Monday. This mom has 5 of her own children and is caring for her grandchild.

The bill is $425 in total and she must pay $257 to prevent shut off.

Youth is in her own apartment. She has an infant daughter. The youth would like a small heater to help keep her bedroom warm. She has a sliding glass door in her bedroom and this causes the room to be cold.

A hard-working grandmother is caring for her two young grandchildren. She moved into the home of the children's parent where there aren't many furnishings. She has been making do with what is there but would love to have a couch to sit and snuggle and read with her grandkids. Right now, there are two chairs to sit on but when the professionals come to visit, most sit on the floor or a camp chair. Grandmother isn't picky and she would accept a new or gently used couch (W: 95" max & W: 40").

Youth just left in-patient treatment, which she has been doing for the last eight months. She is needing a laptop to continue with online schooling and support her maintaining virtual mental health/substance use services. The facility had computers for her to work off of and school district did not provide a laptop for her.

We are working with a family where the mother recently moved out of her old place of living and needs three toddler beds and three mattresses so that the children have an independent place to sleep. Purchasing these will help keep the children in the home with their mom and strengthen the family.

One of my youth is off to fight for our country! He is set up to join the military upon graduation from high school in May 2025 and has one simple request, a Macbook laptop. While this youth has asked for very little from the foster care system (not even this request), he has made comments about his desire for a Macbook laptop in order to Skype with his positive family support and continue his hobby of mixing music. He is open to a refurbished one from Amazon or a donation of someones gently used Macbook (preferably not older than 2022). My hope is pool any monetary donations along with some funding from KVC and get him a really good graduation present as he has worked so hard and come SO FAR!

This is a family that is being held together by a grandmother that loves her four grandchildren. The grandmother supports this family with her part time job with little to no assistance. Currently the home has a pest infestation that they need help getting rid of. Extermination services are needed but are extremely costly. This would help keep the family in a healthy and safe environment. Some form of pest control would do this family great justice, even if it's just items the family could use their self like bug bombs, sticky traps etc...

A baby is placed with an aunt and uncle and is needing a Mini Crib to safely fit the baby in their bedroom.

A grandparent took on placement for several of her grandchildren and is in need of a twin-size bed.

I have a mother who recently lost her job, to no fault of her own. Her child is currently receiving care hours away from her thus it is imperative she has her car to be able to continue to see him weekly.

I am asking for assistance with her car payment for the month to assist her in getting back on her feet and ensuring she has a way to visit her son, so we can continue to work toward bringing him home.
