This father and son have relocated to Clark County in the last year or so. The father works full time until recently when he was terminated for causes that were not for lack of work ethic or willingness to work. Father and son have an apartment however the father does not have a bed. The child does. A twin/full or queen bed should be able to fit comfortably in the room.

This family is one of two that live in a home together. The adult women are sisters whom live together with their children. The families do not have a stove, washer, or dryer. They have been cooking on a hot plate. The family does not have much support from the children`s fathers or their family. The family does not have living room furniture either and could benefit from any help at this time.

This mother recently obtained new housing for her family and was able to have her child returned to her. She is searching for items to aide in this transition. The family is in need of a bed frame for a queen size bed, queen size sheets, and bath towels (regular and wash size). These items are for her 15 year old son. These items will ensure the child has a safe and comfortable environment to thrive in.

Our Kindergarten student (6 year old) needs help getting transported home from school. Her mother is a single mother of 5 kids (ages: 11,8,6,3 & 1). The two older siblings attend school in a different district and receive transportation. Our Kindergarten student has many special needs (speech; OT/PT; and academics)- so being at school is a priority! Unfortunately, due to PM transportation barriers she misses quite a bit.

Mom always has to search for someone to pick up our Kindergarten student or has to walk to school with the two youngest which is almost 1.5 miles. This is very difficult for her - especially when the weather is poor. We are trying to help our Kindergarten student get transportation home and mom stated she has a friend that would be willing to pick her up daily but often does not have gas to get there.

A family of three is to be reunited together after several months. The mother needs help securing items for the home and for her 2 children. To ensure that the family is successful and that the children thrive after being placed back with their mother, it is dire that these needs are met and that the family receives support. The baby uses diapers size 3 and similac alimentum formula.

Please help this pregnant mother of three soon to be four by providing her with a coat, hat, gloves, and a pair of warm boots or shoes. The mother is not working and has no transportation of her own. At times, she has to walk her child to school wearing a hoodie, t-shirt, sweatpants and crocks. Because of the extremely cold temperatures the weather has been preventing her from braving the cold to bring her child to Preschool. While her children have warm coats and hats and gloves, she has not been able to provide them for herself. Venturing out in this record cold without the proper attire can also put her health and the health of her unborn baby at risk. Please help this mother and her children by providing her with the proper winter clothing to help her make sure that she can get her child (ren) to school and keep herself and her baby safe and healthy. She will need a XXL coat to make room for her growing belly, and her normal shoe size is an 8 1/2, but she may need a size 9 if boots are provided (wide foot ware is suggested because her feet swell). A bus pass would also help her to get her children to school as well.

This family of 5 with mom and dad and 3 children, they are having car problems which is making all of the child's attendance. With the car when they drive it will just shut off, the steering wheel with lock up and it will shake. We think it is the torque converter but we are unsure. They have tried to fix it themselves, but nothing has worked.

Mom just got laid off of work due to her work closing down with no notice, and dad just got a new job working 3rd shift and he has called off a couple of times due to the car not working/starting, Currently they do not have any money saved, up due to one of the children being deaf in one ear they have to spend a lot of money on testing and getting her treatment. and mom needs a car to get her to her doctor appointment and everything.

Mom and dad have been trying to do so much on their own they are finally accepting help. When calling around for a price they said that it could be up to 2500 if that is wrong with it but we will not know until they start working on the car.

If we help the family they will be able to bring their child to school every single day and dad will be able to go to work with out calling off, and they will be able to take the child to all the doctors appointments and the financial problems for them will be better not having to deal with this.

Dad has temporary lost his job, he is not getting any more hours until he has a way to get to work. Now they have no way to get the child to any of her doctor appointments, work, their children to school. This will be fixed when they get enough money to fix the car. Please help this family out so they bring their children to school and get to work.

The family is in need of dressers for their home. Each child could benefit from one and there are four children. The family is also behind on rent, at about $1,800 at this point. Mother works full time second shift and father is applying to third shift jobs so that the children aren't left alone at the home.
