Dedicated single father doing everything he can to care for his four children - two boys and two girls, ages 6-14. This loving father is facing a serious challenge: his washing machine is barely operable and with four growing children, the laundry never stops. He is in desperate need of a working washing machine to keep up with his family's basic needs. Clean clothes are essential for school, health, and dignity, and this father is trying hard to provide all on his own.

This is a grandmother and grandfather who have taken custody of 5 of their grandchildren due to their parents losing custody via DCF. The grandmother is able to work and does full time at Publix. She also runs a small handmade jewelry business. but the grandfather is physically disabled and trying to get SS benefits. He takes care of the home and the children while the grandmother works. The 3 mattresses burned due to a small ember flying in through an open door. Their income barely covers their expenses, and their support system is unable to get these mattresses for them.

These mattresses do not necessarily need to be brand new, but if they are not new, lightly used would be preferable!

We have a five-year-old girl in need of clothing and shoes. There has been an open and ongoing non-judicial case for this family regarding issues within and outside of the home. The caseworker is attempting to make placement as stable as possible. The mother is not employed but the father and his family are doing their best to care for the child. There have been some disputes between the parents, and both parents are receiving services as well. We are asking for some fresh clothing and shoes for this young lady. She is a size 13 in shoes and 8/10 in clothing. Thank you!

We urgently need a toddler bed for this non-judicial case. We have worked with this family in the past with getting them some other items like clothing. This family has been struggling but mom is doing her best and has gotten other support for things like housing and a washer and dryer. Since the case is under multiple investigations, there is need for the extra bed since the sleeping conditions need to be monitored. Does not need to be new.

This family is seeking assistance with bedding, including mattress toppers, pillows, blankets, and sheets. This family has 3 young teenagers and two parents. The family is hardworking, with both parents and the oldest sibling working, and the family struggles to purchase extra things including bedding. These bedding supplies will help the family improve their sleep, which will boost their energy throughout the day, improve focus, and provide comfort. The family already has mattresses which have been donated to them, and are seeking some extra support. We are hoping for blankets/sheets that are lightweight and good for the summer, if possible. Client is sixteen, living with her mother, stepfather, and younger sibling in a small, two-bedroom apartment. Her days begin before sunrise, at a local fast-food restaurant. She's eight months pregnant with her first child. The father, her ex-boyfriend has made it clear early on that he won’t be involved once the baby is born. That decision, while heartbreaking, forced client to face the reality of single motherhood far sooner than she ever imagined. Her family, already struggling to make ends meet, is doing the best they can. Every dollar client earns goes toward saving for the baby's diapers, a secondhand crib, and doctor visits. Still, it never seems like enough. Client recently learned that her job doesn’t offer paid maternity leave. Once the baby arrives, she’ll have to stop working for at least a few weeks, without income. The fear of how she’ll afford baby formula or diapers, and wipes is growing heavier by the day. She’s strong, determined, and doing everything she can to prepare for motherhood while staying in school. But despite her resilience, client is running out of options. She needs support, access to resources, financial aid, and programs that can help her, and her child start on stable ground. All she wants is a chance to give her baby a better life.
