A bright and loving three year old boy has been having some big feelings and as a result has been moved around far too many times recently. We have found a home that is willing and able to work with him and help him gain some stability and security. They have found a daycare that has a spot for him but could use assistance with paying the $75 enrollment fee. Any assistance with this need would be a huge hand up for this sweet little boy.

We are requesting assistance for a grandmother who is currently the primary caregiver for both her grandchildren and great grandchild. Despite working full-time, she is having some troubles with her financial obligations. The grandmother is not receiving any financial support to care for the children. To help ease some of this burden, we would like to assist her with her utility bill. Thank you.

There are two kids that have been unexpectedly placed with a kinship placement. They both are needing clothing at this time due to the unexpected placement, they do not have clothing right now and the kinship family is unable to afford any at the time. Clothes are needed in girls size 10-12 and she needs shirts, shorts, pants, underwear and bras, socks and with pajamas. Clothes are also needed in boys size 8-10 and he needs shirts, shorts, pants, underwear, socks and pajamas.

Child is 16 and lives in Bartlesville. Childs mother is in a nursing home in Tulsa. Child's relative who is the foster parent has offered to take child to see his mother in the nursing home but the gas is too expensive. Gas cards to provide relative to take child to nursing home would be greatly appreciated! Child would love to see his mother more.

A single parent mother of two is needing assistance with the getting her vehicle repaired. The total estimated cost to repair the vehicle is $1600. However, the mother is asking for any assistance that can be given in the amount of $800 as she has already raised half the amount. Your assistance will greatly help this mother avoid losing her vehicle. Your assistance is very helpful and much appreciated in getting this family back on their feet.

An 8-year-old male has been in kinship placement with paternal aunt and her family of five since October 2024 and their expenses has increased significantly. Their electric bill has increased significantly and need help paying it. The family would appreciate any assistance so they can stay financially afloat and provide for the child.

This foster family has 2 foster children in their care along with other children in the home. The donation of a dresser would help them store clothing for their growing foster children. A new or used dress in good condition would be appreciated and so helpful. They are in need of a 6 drawer dresser that is tip proof since it will be for a young child and 2 more young children also reside in the home. Your consideration in assisting this family with resources is always appreciated.

There are 2 boys ages 5 and 10 in placement. They came with no clothing items with them. They wear sizes 10/12 in shirts and pants and 6/7 in shirts and pants. Any assistance with clothing would be helpful for this family.

OKDHS is working a prevention case with a family with 3 young children and an older child. The older child had been having issues of running off to friends houses and not communicating with the mother. With services in the home, the child is doing much better and is communicating well with the mother. However, as part of this mothers household bedtime routine, she does not allow screen time in the evening. This has frustrated the older child who has nothing to do before he goes to sleep. This child reported that he enjoys reading but does not have any books due to the family's financial situation. He stated that he greatly enjoys the "Diary of a Wimpy Kid" series. OKDHS is asking for help with providing this child several more of his favorite books to help occupy his mind this summer as he has free time after summer school.
