A provider has recently taken in an one year old. The provider was not ready for the child to be placed so quickly and is in need of buying clothes as she only has a few sets of clothes for the child. The provider is low income due to retirement and is asking for 150 Walmart gift card to help purchase the child clothes. The provider is tahnkful for nay help that is received.

A provider recently had a one-year old child placed in her care that she was not expecting. Due to the providers low income the provider needs help with purchasing a new crib, mattress, and bedding for the child as the child is currently sleeping in a pack and play. The provider is asking for help purchasing a complete crib so the child is able to sleep comfortable. The provider is thankful for any help that is received.

DHS is working with a 15 year old who is interested in receiving a bible. This 15 year old girl is asking for a new bible as well as bible tabs, highlighters, and colored pens for bible study. This caseworker is asking for a 100 amazon gift card so this kiddo can pick out her items she is wanting. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Parent in need of a phone and minutes card to have visitation with her son.

We have a kinship placement that has a 2 year old placed and they are moving towards RGAP/adoption. Placement is a single parent with 2 other children. We are requesting a $30 gift card to help this placement obtain a copy of the child's birth certificate.

The Department is working with a family with a 1-year-old boy. They are currently in need of financial assistance with rent. The father recently switched jobs and the mother recently lost her job after missing work for mental health reasons. She is currently interviewing for new jobs. They are struggling with this expense as a result. The mother has completed her treatment and the father is in expected to complete his treatment plan in the next couple of weeks, fully unsupervised with their baby, and nearing case closure. The family is just $300 short of their total rent payment. Assistance with this need so that the family can keep their child in home as they work towards case closure is greatly appreciated!

Mom is currently transient but has been very communicative with her team with the available resources she has. She is engaging as much as possible. Unfortunately, she needs help keeping her phone turned on so she can speak directly with her team and coordinate family time and services.
