Family would benefit from a washer and dryer to help children always have clean clothes and wash bedding appropriately as needed. It is a big family and the laundry piles up so the laundromat is expensive and they are not able to maintain their laundry loads. Used appliances will work.

The family consist of a split household. Mother is primary caregiver of two children , she had her vehicle towed and is facing financial hardship in getting the vehicle out and accruing daily fees. She needs the vehicle due to it being her only form of transportation to take the kids to and from school/daycare, schooling for herself , and work. She is unable to enough money due to having to Uber at this time for transportation.

I have a family that just had a newborn baby. They are in need of a baby swing and a bouncer. The family is currently staying with a family member due to the windows in their home being broken as well. The baby's bedroom windows need to be replaced for when baby goes home. There is a total of five broken windows in the home but the two in the baby's room are most important. The swing and bouncer will give baby a safe a comfortable place to be when not being held. The windows in the home will provide the family with safety and allowing the home to be cooled or heated as needed per weather. Windows are 30 by 27. i am not sure how to put the windows in or how to calculate that. They can be used windows, and the family can put them in themselves.

3 twin beds. one for mom and two children. 3 frames along with comforters, sheets and pillows.

The homes heater is not working right now. Some of the rooms in the home were warmer than others were very cold. Heaters would be appreciated. This home is a 3 bedroom and mom sleeps in the living room.

This request would help the family sleep comfortably and stay warm as the temperatures begin to drop.

Father has a 9 year old son and he is currently unemployed and is being helped by paternal grandparents. Paternal grandparents are limited on income and try and help as much as possible. They juggle paying for groceries, bills and clothing for grandchild. Maternal grandparents also go without their medication due to limited income. Father has applied for food stamps but was denied due to the mother claiming child and getting benefits for herself.

9-year-old child is in need of clothing. Father is currently unemployed, and they are residing with paternal grandparents. The paternal grandparents are limited on income and have a lot of medical issues. Family just had plumbing problems at the house and had to borrow money to be able to fix the plumbing. They balance money from getting clothes for grandchild and buying groceries. Grandmother is also rationing her medications due to income. Report received due to 9 year old child being observed with dirty clothes and the other children making fun of him for being dirty and poor.

This family is living in a motel and has been on the HUD list for a long time. The mom found a home and they have finally made an appointment to get the home inspected. The home does not have a refrigerator or a gas stove. The family has the inspection on Monday 9/16/24 which was just found out. In order to pass the inspection from HUD, the home needs to have these two appliances in them. Appliances can be USED appliances for the home.

Summer is very hot in Ector County and the family need to be cool

The children will benefit as they stay home during the summer.

The eldest child has a bedframe but needs a full or queen size mattress. Child is sleeping on the floor Child will be able to have own bed after the need is met.

We have placed a newborn baby in the care of an aunt who was not expected placement. The aunt does not have any furniture or supplies for the baby and the Department is trying to find resources to help make the baby comfortable. The baby is needed a small dresser. The Department has requested clothing and now the child needs storage for the clothes. The aunt states she does not have funds for the furniture as she is a single caregiver with no other kids.

mother and child need an AC window unit, please

A family of five fled from a situation of abuse with no personal belonging. The 17-year-old child is currently pregnant and has nothing for baby that is due at the end of the month. The family does not know the gender of the child. The family needs car seats for the toddlers and one for the child not born yet. The family needs clothes, shoes, pull ups, personal hygiene products and breast-feeding supplies/clothing.
