A single mother with 4 children needs assistance paying the last $115.00 of her water bill to keep her water from being turned off. Any help is appreciated. The mother has paid the remainder of the bill herself.

Working single mother of 3 children ages 8,3,14 months needs help with daycare due to job change and trying to rebuild income. She is a stable parent and good provider but changing jobs cause a lapse of income and she needs help to catch up.

Children have been placed with foster parents since July 25, 2023. According to the foster parent, the initial cost to spray the home for an infestation is $300, with subsequent treatments costing $89 each to maintain control of the issue. The foster parent does not have the $300 needed for the first spray but mentioned that if someone can cover this initial cost, she should be able to pay the $89 for future treatments. Any help would be much appreciated.

An 18 year old boy is currently residing in a domestic violence shelter after leaving a difficult home life where he was being treated poorly. He does not have a support system other than the staff at the shelter who is helping him with life skills and getting on his feet. He is also engaged in services at Community Partnership and plans to participate in their Youthbuild Program. He is also working on securing part-time employment. He was recently placed in a rental assistance program and has been able to secure an apartment. He has nothing for his home. He is in need of a full size bed, bed frame, couch, dresser, etc.

A caring grandmother is fostering her grandson as they are looking for help in order to maintain their foster placement. This family is looking for help in obtaining a fire escape ladder and fire extinguisher. The child’s bedroom is on the second floor and in order to maintain the placement they will need a fire escape ladder and a fire extinguisher of at least five pounds. Your help will be greatly appreciated!

Mom has two daughters ages 11 and 15; the oldest daughter has a five-month-old baby boy. Mom is separated from her abusive husband and is filing an Ex Parte order due to his threats to the family and the recent theft of mom's 2004 Chevy Trailblazer. He had the vehicle towed after seeing it parked when he drove by in his own vehicle, then sent his estranged wife a picture of the busted ignition and advised the vehicle was blocked in on his relative's property. Mom is the sole financial support for the family, and without the Trailblazer she has no way to get to her work. She has an overdue Water bill which is due on 6/13, but she won't have the funds to pay since she has no transportation to work. There is a possibility the water to the home will be shut off if the bill goes unpaid. A key was broken off in the ignition of the Trailblazer, and she has to find a way to collect her vehicle before it can be repaired. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I have been working with a family of five to help support their stability with their children returning into their home. Mom and Dad have a 12 year old daughter, a 8 year old son, as well as an 18 month old son.

One of the children knocked out one of their glass windows in an accident and the family has not been able to repair it. The family rent the home their in and have notified their landlord, but they are refusing to fix it. The family has been told it is their responsibility and have been saving money towards repairing it.

Assistance with repairing this window would help the family with their relationship with their landlord as well as saving them money they don't have.

A family is looking for help in completing their new home. This family has a child in care and has the goal of that child going back home shortly. They are looking for help to tie their home and family together as they reunite with their child. They are looking for help in obtaining a washing machine and a dryer.
