Hello, I have a young single mother on my caseload with a 1 yr. old. When my client was 19 yrs. old, she was shot in the back of the head by an ex-boyfriend and had to learn to walk and talk again. Due to the accident, my client suffers from seizures during stressful situations. My client's mother had been residing with her helping her out, but recently moved out and took household items my client had to restore. My client is on a limited budget and has fallen behind in rent. Any rental assistance would be a big help for my client. Thank you for your consideration!

I am working with a single father and it was recently discovered that when the father and foster parents exchange the children for the overnight visits that they have to change out the car seats. if they are able to get car seats this would help the family so much with making these exchanges to be easier and more smooth for the children. The father has been working on his case to be able to reunify with his children. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We are asking for assistance for her in the form of car seats (booster with 5 point harness) and a gas card (so she can transport for her unsupervised visitation) and assistance with her rent so she can work on getting back on her feet.

We have a single father that has 4 children in need of some car repairs to his A/C. With the summer months coming being able to get this repaired would be very helpful to the family. The father has been working very hard on his case and made many changes to better the life for himself and his children. Any assistance to get this repaired would be greatly appreciated.

I'm reaching out on behalf of a dedicated family in need of support. They are currently in the process of rebuilding their lives and have made incredible progress. However, reliable transportation has become a major barrier to maintaining their momentum. The family's vehicle is in need of an alignment and four new tires. Without this essential repair, they are struggling to attend crucial services and maintain consistent family time with their son—both of which are vital to their ongoing stability and reunification. We’re seeking assistance to cover the cost of the tires and alignment.

I have a 7 year old girl that is getting the opportunity to attend her very first Jr Youth Church Camp. This little girl has such a passion for church and sings with all her soul, and I believe this is a wonderful opportunity for her enjoy what she loves. She is needing help with sponsorship for church camp fees. She is still needing $100 to meet her goal. She will be going from July 7th-11th.

Bio mom on this case has a physical disability. She has a vehicle she is able to drive which is in need of a new radiator. Without being able to use her vehicle she is having trouble getting to appointments, court, and visits. Transportation is being provided by DHS when possible. We are hoping to remove transportation as a barrier for this mom so she can reliably and consistently engage in her services, visit her baby, and attend court and get around to fulfill her other physical needs. A quote was received from a local shop which states the repair needed.

This child is in need of a bed in her bio mother's home. The child is currently doing unsupervised overnight visitations with her mother and is sleeping on the couch. OKDHS is expecting reunification to be granted by the judge at court on 7/2/25. Do to this the child will be in dire need of an adequate place to sleep. Please help a bio family reunify in their time of need. The family does not have a truck for transport so the item will either have to be picked up by OKDHS staff or delivered to the family. The Department has been partnering with a family since late March, and they have achieved notable successes in their case goals. The parents are thriving in their jobs and continue to leverage services that enable them to lead self-sufficient lives and provide a safe haven for their children. After relocating to a new home in Stephens County, they require assistance to complete the deposit for their current rental. Having covered first month's rent and partial deposit they are in need of a onetime assistance of $400.00 to finalize their deposit. The family's dedication to keeping their family together is a true strength, we hope you'll consider supporting their relocation efforts.

We have an amazing courageous mom who has left a volatile relationship. She was able to get out with her two children a couple bags of clothes. They were able to secure an apartment, but are lacking the resources needed for furniture, so that it can feel like a home. This family needs bare necessities so that they can begin the healing process. Momma needs a bed and the two children need beds as well.
