I have a youth stuggling to provide food for herself as she is 19 and living on her own.

I have a youth who has started college at St. Louis Community College. She is struggling to keep up with classes as she does not have a lap top at home. She has not received FASFA yet but is expected. We are waiting on school to process so we can proceed.

Youth is 17 and living with his sister and her toddler. They are struggling financially since moving into their new apartment and in need of assistance. A request has already been previously made for help with living room furniture but they are also in need of groceries and things that are quick and easy to cook for a toddler and an on the go teen. They have used a lot of resources for the move.

The family is not able to cover the cost of rent for the month. Due to financial hardships in the previous month, this family is finding it difficult with covering the cost of rent for the current month. They would be grateful and appreciative if they are assisted with the necessary $850.

The family, victims of domestic violence, moved to St. Louis, MO from the Kansas City, MO. The mother was under the impression she would receive assistance from a program in Kansas City. The mother and her children have been cooperating with the landlord, but are now being denied the funds she believed she would receive. They are receiving funds from other programs, but the $500 is required.

Youth has been moved around a bit due to some behavioral challenges. He is now placed with his older sister who has recently moved into a new apartment to accommodate placement of him. Since this move, her financial situation has been a bit tight and the family has been without some of the typical furniture from room to room. They are in need of 3 dressers, living room couches and, although it is not a necessity, their living room TV was broken in the move and they have been unable to replace it so far. We are hopeful this is this youth's final placement and his sister is supportive of this plan and working with him to get him moved into adulthood and eventually graduating and finding employment. Not having the stress of having to focus on him as well as how to obtain these needed items will assist in that being able to happen.

Mother is needing resources for 16-year-old daughter to have a twin or full bed and mattress. Also, there was little to no food in the home. So, if she could get assistance with groceries that'd be great as well.

Father has recently gone through depression and struggles related to the children’s mother leaving. His children have been staying with their grandparents until he can clean up his home. Home has dog and cat waste, bugs, and smell.

We finally found a relative placement for our little man! In order for him to be the most successful and ensure we can place him with his relative she is going to need a few things!

Our kiddo is really big for his size. He is 2 and in a 5T so please keep that in mind :)

Reason for double stroller: Placement has a little girl! To help get her started she is going to need some size 6 diapers and some wipes to hold her over with the quick turn around!

This mother and 6 children moved out of their home, with the intent of moving into safer and better suited place of living . The home to be moved into was not available at that time of their moving, so the family had to move into hotels or anyplace until the new location was ready. The family originally moved from California and is a section 8 family. They were recently told the new location was prepared but their section 8 circumstances changed. The family is now attempting to move back into the previous home and is now on the funds for rent. The owner of the home is attempting to work with the family, but they are in need of $500 rent.

Mother is currently struggling. The roof of the family's home caved in, and the family has nowhere to go for living arrangements. The family paid for two rooms at a hotel for the family of 5 and are out of money. They are going to be homeless after the hotel stay. The home that the roof caved in is rented and the landlord has not responded. Her utility bill is over $2000, and it wouldn't be beneficial to assist. Parents and children have nowhere to go. Crisis Nursery can only take children under the age of 12. CSW referred the family to Safe Families. Mother has no family support. She was the only child, and both of her parents passed away. The family needs assistance with housing and food for the family to eat as they have no money to eat since getting the hotel rooms. Any help would be greatly appreciated. She has a section 8 voucher and should be moving shortly after the holidays. Just needs assistance for a few weeks. She has contacted shelters and none were readily available. She would not like to split her 3 children up if possible.
