I am working with a family who has three elementary school aged children. The family has struggled with roaches and bed bugs for a while now. The family has taken their own personal efforts to treat the home, however who they have been using to spray does not seem to be helping. Funds are getting low for the family, and they have not been able to hire anyone to spray consistently. I would like to find some assistance in possibly getting at least 4 consistent treatments done for the home. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

A family of six is currently experiencing significant hardship and is in urgent need of assistance with obtaining cell phones and food. The parents of four daughters are currently homeless and lack access to a phone, which severely limits their ability to communicate with service providers, DSS, and other community resources. The communication barrier has prevented their ability to receive the support they need, however, with consistent communication the family can be provided more effective assistance.

Additionally, the family does not have access to food or water on days when community resources are unavailable. They also do not have transportation at this which has further hindered their situation.

Despite these obstacles, the family has demonstrated initiative by actively seeking out available resources and has clearly expressed a strong desire for help in order to be available for their children. Fulfillment of these needs will empower these parents to move forward in their goals and improve their well-being.

It is noted that two phones would be helpful, however, one will suffice if necessary.

Biological mother is achieving return home with her two toddlers. Their home does not have AC and she is asking for two AC window unit for her children's bedroom and living room.

You have helped this family before. This family needs assistance with groceries. In the past, the family has gone to food pantries but reported they do not provide enough food to feed everyone and it is only on certain days. This is challenging due to issues with transportation. They have to borrow a vehicle. There are four adults in the household. One of the adults is on disability and the other has medical problems and therefore cannot work. There are two children in the household. Due to health issues and transportation issues, it would be easier for them to have groceries brought to them. They like hamburger, chicken nuggets, pizza bites, veggies, bread, eggs, sugar, juice, milk, cheese, pasta. Guardian reported they like anything and are not picky, they just want meals, snacks and water). Whatever provided would be helpful. They also are in need of baby things like (Huggies little mover size 4), Children's Tylenol liquid grape Flavor, and Huggies wipes. The child has reactions to things, so Huggies is the only brand they use.

Child won 1st place for her FCCLA presentation and has been invited to go to Orlando to present and attend Disney. Child needs $600 for meals/daily expenses and approximately $500 for Disney Tickets. Visa gift cards would be ideal. Any assistance is appreciated.

Two children in foster care who plan to be on a trial home placement in coming months. Anticipation to begin overnights in coming weeks. Family is in need of two beds. Family ideally would like bunk beds that could eventually be separated into two twin beds or a twin bed over a full bunk bed.

She depends on her vehicle to take her kids to essential doctor’s appointments and to get to work every day. Right now, her car tires are worn out and unsafe. Hello! We have a family who could use some help with groceries. This family is a placement for one of our children and need a little relief financially with the child being home for the summer. This could help tremendously! A little assistance can help preserve this placement! A grocery card would be helpful so that the family may shop for what they need!

A family is in urgent need of home security cameras to help ensure safety and support efforts to bring their child back home. Having security cameras installed will provide crucial evidence and peace of mind, aiding the family and authorities in their efforts to reunite safely with their child. Any assistance you can offer—whether through donating cameras or funding—would be deeply appreciated. The cameras will need access to Wifi.

Parents are both working but have lost their overtime and had hours reduced. The mother was in a car wreck which totaled the family's car. They bought a new one, which was under warranty for six months. During this time, the engine quit and a new one was needed, however, it took some time to get the parts in. The parts were paid for, but the warranty company only paid $75 per hour for the labor and the labor was more than this. When they test drove the car after the repair, the differential went out and by this time, the car was no longer under warranty. The family live out an hour out of town but work locally. Due to their only car being in the garage, unable to pay to complete the repair, they are staying locally with friends so they can get a ride to and from work. There is no room for their children, so they are staying with a babysitter, who they have to pay $40 per day. They are also behind in this payment, and the father is unsure of how much. They have had their water and gas turned off, but the family is only asking for the car repair to be covered so they can get back on their feet and they can be reunited as a family.

Please consider this family. Children are currently placed with grandmother while mom completes her parenting classes and other services. Grandmother would love for her and the children to ride the bicycle in the afternoons. Children are in need of some bicycles. Both children are boys, and the sizes would be 24" and 18". Please consider this family. Single mom needs some help fixing her windows at her house. There are 3 broken windows, and one window needs plexiglass fixed. Mom has suffered from domestic violence and is wanting to move out of her home to start over. To do that, she would need her windows repaired. Mom does not really have the resources to fix them. She would greatly appreciate the help from the community.
