Story
The mother, 32 years of age, moved to Nashville with no family or friends here. She lived in a DV shelter with her 6 children. The mother was granted an apartment. While living in this apartment, the mother has expressed concerns of numerous water leaks, no air conditioning in the summer, no hot water, and black mold. Last Monday, a pipe burst in the home causing significant water damage. As well as the growing black mold. DCS has placed the family into a hotel in Nashville.
We are requesting assistance with short term housing (or assistance with the hotel expense), clothing for the family (majority of their things have been damaged by the water leaks/mold), and food for the family while they are away from home. DCS and the mother are working with partners to get this resolved as soon as possible.
12 year old girl- size 16 jr pants, 10/12 in shirts. 10 year old boy- size 12 pants, 10/12 in shirts. 8 yr old girl- size 10 pants, 8 in shirts. 4 yr old boy- size 5t pants, 5t in shirts. 1 year old boy- size 24 months 32 yr old- Large in pants and shirts
