This request is for a child that resides with his mother who had been homeless. I became aware of this child’s need when he asked if we could help him with $200 for a holding fee since they had been accepted for housing and was granted a prorated rent of $133.I have connected with the family and have helped to identify that this family is in need of and can benefit from the following priority items:
*$200 holding fee
I am aware that this family has faced many adversities and challenges upon moving here to Texas after living with grandmother in Louisiana. The mother of this child was very young when having him and are now at a point in their lives where they are getting on their feet.
