Hello, I am requesting a $35 gift card to Target for one of my foster youth(14) that we recently had to emergency remove from her previous placement. This gift card will provide her with a specific hairbrush that works for her hair and one or two products for her hair/hygiene. This is a need because of the recent move. She would really like to have these products before starting at her new school.
