This client is a devoted mother living in an apartment with her daughter, who has a disability and her partner. Despite her best efforts, she is struggling to cover essential bills while navigating the challenges of her own depressive moods. This 40-year-old mother of two, with a baby due on Christmas Day, is struggling with emotional distress, and isolation while managing financial hardships. Though she and her partner have managed to maintain a rented apartment for their family, they are falling behind on other essentials like car insurance and household necessities. Additionally, her daughter needs a lot of support due to her disability and this can be an added stressor due to cost. Support during this critical time could help ease their financial burden and allow the family to focus on welcoming their new baby in a safe and stable environment. With help from her community, she has been able to get some essential items for her baby.
