When we asked her, what essential services could help her with transportation issues, she shared that she needs a new tire, her windshield wipers do not work, and her van needs an oil change. She has a 15-year-old son who struggles with severe mental health issues, which is part of the reason she needs reliable transportation to get him to school and other services for him.
