The client is a single mother of 3 children. The mother has a DCF case due to Domestic Violence. The mother has not had the mental and emotional capacity to appropriately care for the children and their basic needs. The mother will be working with mental health services and has disclosed that she has been stressed with acquiring clothing and shoes for her children at this time.

All 3 children need heavy duty winter coats and socks. Female, age 1 - Size: 3T Clothes, 6c Shoes, Size 8 Diapers. Male, age 3 - Size: 4T Clothes, 9c Shoes, Size 8 Diapers. Female, age 8 - Size: 12/14 Clothes, 4 Shoes. Mother Size: Size 15, XL in Shirts and Underwear, 38D in Bras
