The caregiver is in a vulnerable financial position. The caregiver is a Manhattan-based single mother with an eight-year-old child. The caregiver was unable to purchase mattress for her daughter . However, due to financial constraints, the child needs clothes, a mattress, and a bed sheet, which makes it challenging to keep the home setting functional and supportive.
