Nephews 1 and 4 y/o's were recently placed with uncle. Uncle is on limited/fixed income and cannot afford to purchase toddler bed for 1 y/o. Kinship payments haven't started yet. 4 y/o already has bed in home, but 1 y/o is in need of toddler bed to be in accordance with safe sleep practices.
