A 22-year-old young lady, who was previously a foster kid who was later adopted into a family, that that was short lived due to divorce and neither parent wanted responsibility of child, ended on the streets of West Philadelphia in a small trailer pup tent between two buildings, For months, she lived without access to running water, heat, or a proper sanitation system. After learning about the program’s supportive environment and resources for independent living, she courageously agreed to give it a try. We are seeking to provide her with essential items, such as proper bedding, personal storage, and bathroom supplies, to ensure she has a safe and dignified space to begin rebuilding her life. Dorm Room Refrigerator: To give residents access to personal food storage. Bedding for Twin Bed: Including sheets, blankets, and pillows to create a warm and welcoming space. Bathroom Setups: Towels, shower curtains, and other essentials to ensure a fully functional and comfortable environment. These items are crucial to helping her feel at home and supported during this transformative time. We are reaching out to request donations to meet these needs.
